1. Where do you live? Your job?
My husband and I are retired. My sister who lives with us is semi-retired who offers her former house as an Airbnb residence. My 3rd child, a son, lives also with us and is a teacher and works on his own software application.
2. Please indicate Your age: below 35 years; 36-50; 51-67; over 67, and your gender
I am 74 years of age.
3. How your working time and work habits have changed?
They haven’t changed.
4. What has changed in your daily habits? In leisure, socializing, personal and home care, nutrition?
I was ordering many things online already I simply increased it. I have gotten back to my bread making and even started grinding my own flour. I bought a wonderful German grinder years ago and have not been using it. I ordered a large sack of wheat berries and I am happily wheat self-sufficient. Thankfully, because of my baking I had been ordering many dried products such as dried milk, eggs egg whites, egg yolks, herbs and vegetables. That makes it convenient to cook now without needing to constantly shop. We really don’t eat meat so we have a variety of dried beans to cook. I am making Gelato and too many other fattening things So, the only change is that I am cooking more things that I really should NOT be cooking. My socializing outside of the house is now with Zoom and texting. Our family has a large texting group that we contribute to everyday with at least once a week group Zoom meetings. We send each other suggestions for movies, videos and other funny things. We are more together now than before. I had a crew of 3 cleaning ladies (one per floor) who came twice a month to service my house. I told them to stay home while I still deposited their salary into the bank account. My sister and I have been doing the cleaning since we have been shut in. Not as good a job, but passable. Instead of going to the Gymnasium to be with our trainers we must settle for walking these hills which is beautiful among the large Oaks and Redwoods where I live. There are few people out on our narrow roads and it is easily to stay the mandated distance.

6. In this isolation with whom do you feel most in tune?
My whole family since we communicate daily. More so than before.
7. Where would you like to be now?
Cairo or Istanbul. I had to cancel my Italy and Turkish trip because of it.
8. What do you miss most?
Going to the Gym.
9. Did you discover the importance of something that you didn't give any before?
Nearness of death.
10. Do you think there is something that you have rediscovered and that you don’t want to loose after this period?
Not really.
11. What will change next? What would you like to bring with you when this experience will be over? What would you like not to forget?

12. How do you perceive change in others? What are the questions you have asked yourself about this situation and that you have never thought about before?
